The Point of View artworks consist of a perforated steel plate with a coloured plane behind it that changes depending on the viewing angle. The holes create a perceptual interplay of colour and depth. As the viewer moves, the work changes, inviting an active engagement with perception and perspective.

Michael Bom’s works arise from shapes, rhythms and movements observed in nature and reduced to their essential elements. “It is not a representation of nature that I am trying to achieve, but an energy and force that I feel is part of our subconscious.”

Using only dots and simple geometric structures, Bom creates works that are minimal yet dynamic. Rather than offering a fixed image, they invite the viewer to move, observe and play with changing perception.
